reasons why I believe I’m turning into my Mother…

It’s 11am on a Sunday morning.  So far today I have:

1.  Prepared a batch of spaghetti sauce that is currently simmering in the slow cooker
2. Drank half a pot of coffee
3. Tidied the kitchen and living room
4. Read the first 174 pages of my new book
5. Put on two loads of laundry

Sometimes I stop to wonder who is this Woman that has taken over my life.

Just before 7… sick, I know. I have an illness called ‘slowly turning into my Mother’. She’s the only Woman I know that can bake a batch of cookies, prepare dinner, clean the house and read a few chapters of a book before 8am. I really wish I was joking about that time too.

Don’t they have a medication to treat that disease? It could help cure your mom and prevent you from developing “Slowly Turning Into My Mother” Syndrome? lol
